Customer Service Rep (CSR)
Description
Responsible for being the first line of contact for customers, vendors, and people reaching out regarding our services
This position is the front facing interaction that will help navigate call ins and emails to the correct team and promptly log interactions, driving a quick customer response time
The CSR is someone who can listen, record, and respond quickly and professionally, but also personally so our customers know they being taken care of like family
This position is based at our Operations Center in Valdese, NC and will be onsite Monday - Friday.

Speak multiple languages
Required Skills:
Ability to learn and work with internal CSR Apps
Ability to type clear and legible responses to internal personnel and customers
Able to work in high call rate environment
