Customer Service Rep (CSR)

Description

  • Responsible for being the first line of contact for customers, vendors, and people reaching out regarding our services

  • This position is the front facing interaction that will help navigate call ins and emails to the correct team and promptly log interactions, driving a quick customer response time

  • The CSR is someone who can listen, record, and respond quickly and professionally, but also personally so our customers know they being taken care of like family

  • This position is based at our Operations Center in Valdese, NC and will be onsite Monday - Friday.

  • Communicates clearly expectations to customers and internal team

  • Team player with all who work at Foothills

  • Speak multiple languages

Required Skills:

  • Ability to learn and work with internal CSR Apps

  • Ability to type clear and legible responses to internal personnel and customers

  • Able to work in high call rate environment
